I have used my technical background and the experience to build future commercial success for the companies I have led. I excel at creating and assembling management teams that enable effortless growth for clients while keeping my eyes keenly on future product innovation and further commercial success of the business and financing.

In my roles as entrepreneurial manager with an extensive experience of international projects, I am building upon several of the themes in my past focusing on restructuring and improving the innova-tion pipeline, finances, and strategy. To help a company on its trajectory from founder-led to PE-oriented, from a production-oriented business to a product leader or from an underperforming busi-ness to sustainable profitability shape my professional experience. I am used to performing compli-cated and difficult tasks, but I can also work in the background when necessary, especially in situa-tions that need to be changed for the better.

By assembling the right team and focusing on further growth through new product development we are able to take the company to a new level from good to great. The potential of tech- and IT/ eCommerce-oriented business combined with finance/Fintech is exciting to me. Solving sales, tax, forex and compliance issues is a major challenge for large global entities, where I bring in my exper-tise.
